Agreement to these terms
By using Wixper, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Operator
Wixper is operated by Jimmy Production.

Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wixper. By starting or joining a session, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
What Wixper provides
Wixper provides temporary random chat sessions between adults. Guests do not create an account or provide an email address, and a guest identity is generated for each session.
Chat messages are relayed in memory and are not written to disk. Audio and video use a peer-to-peer connection, with an encrypted relay used only when a direct connection cannot be established.
Your responsibilities
When using Wixper, you must:
- follow applicable law, these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Community Guidelines;
- respect the other person’s boundaries and consent;
- avoid sharing another person’s private information without permission;
- use audio, video, screenshots, and recordings only with the informed consent of everyone involved; and
- leave a session when continued contact is unwanted or unsafe.
Messages and media you send
You are responsible for the messages and media you choose to send. You give Jimmy Production the limited, temporary permission needed to relay that material to the person you are matched with during the active session.
Wixper does not claim ownership of your messages or media.
Ephemeral sessions
Wixper is designed not to retain chat history, guest identities, or application connection logs. After a session ends, Wixper cannot retrieve a copy of the conversation from the application.
A person you speak with can still copy, photograph, or record what appears on their device. Do not send anything you would not want that person to keep or share.
Service availability
Wixper is provided on an as-available basis. A match, uninterrupted access, or a successful direct audio or video connection is not guaranteed.
Jimmy Production may change or suspend parts of the service when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or maintain Wixper.
Safety and other users
Wixper connects you with strangers and does not guarantee that another person is who they claim to be. You are responsible for deciding what to disclose and whether to continue a session.
Wixper is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in your location.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wixper is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. Jimmy Production is not responsible for the independent conduct of people you meet through the service.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains Wixper’s data handling and the rights available where the GDPR applies.
