What to include
Use a clear subject line and include only the information needed to understand your question or report. Do not send passwords, financial details, identity documents, or unrelated private information.
For an abuse report, the approximate date, time, time zone, generated guest name if visible, and a concise description may be useful. Wixper cannot retrieve a chat after the session ends because the application does not retain messages, guest identities, or connection logs.
Operator and site credit
Jimmy Production is the operator and data controller for Wixper. The Integral Technologists credit in the footer identifies the site’s designer and developer; it does not identify the service operator or data controller.
Immediate danger
Wixper is not an emergency service. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in the relevant location.
