Where to send a report
Email your report to abuse@wixper.chat.
What you can report
- threats, harassment, stalking, hate, blackmail, or extortion;
- sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate conduct;
- any attempt to involve, groom, or exploit a person under 18;
- privacy violations, impersonation, scams, phishing, or malicious links;
- illegal activity or conduct that violates the Acceptable Use Policy; and
- technical abuse intended to disrupt or bypass Wixper’s safeguards.
Useful information to include
Provide only information you already have and can share safely. Useful details may include:
- the approximate date, time, and time zone of the session;
- the generated guest name shown during the session, if visible;
- a concise description of what happened and why it was unsafe;
- relevant links or identifiers from another service, if the conduct moved elsewhere; and
- screenshots you lawfully and safely captured, if any.
Wixper cannot retrieve the conversation
Chat content is relayed in memory and is never written to disk. The Wixper application keeps no logs of messages, guest identities, or connections, so it cannot recover a session after it ends.
A generated guest name is session-specific and may not identify the person outside that session.
Do not send illegal material
Do not copy, download, or email child sexual abuse material or other illegal material. Describe what you encountered without attaching it, leave the session, and contact the appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authority in your location.
Share the minimum necessary
Do not include passwords, financial details, identity documents, or unrelated private information. Include a reply address only if you want Jimmy Production to contact you about the report.
Immediate danger
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in the relevant location before sending an email report.
